#SouthWestCoastPath - short, 4mile circular walk around Polzeith as I seem to have caught a filthy cold after the last sea swim. Lydia says the whole of Cornwall can hear me sneeze - I say that`s a proper Cyclist`s Sneeze: loud and hearty from a lifetime of gulping down gallons of air by the lungful!

Rest day = swim day! Back to Crackington Haven - we love it!
#SouthWestCoastPath - Crackington to Tintagel. Not so sunny but hot and humid with even some small rain showers. We were glad of a cream tea at the Riverside Hotel in Boscastle where we stayed in 2001! Arriving at Tintagel in late evening was ideal as the crowds of tourists had all gone for the day!

#SouthWestCoastPath - Bude to Crackington. 9.7 miles featuring a minor cow detour. A hot day which made it hard. Bude is lovely. More tomorrow, then a rest day on the beach - then we move on again changing campsite.

Sensational coffee stop at the Hedgerow Coffee van at Duck Pool (funny name) @duckpoolcoffeeandcake - the best coffee and cake on the SWCP so far! Shorter and a little bit easier today. Moving on tomorrow and a rest day before cracking on towards Polzeith.
